Happy Valentine's Day! We've had a lovely day, and we received several sweet cards and little gifts in the mail, which was very kind of our family and friends to do. We just want to say how very much we love our friends and family and how thankful we are for each of you!

Tonight, for our romantic dinner at home, we had quite the menu! We had:
Frisee salad with blood oranges and strawberries in a balsamic vinaigrette
Basil and spinach lasagna with goat cheese
Herbed ribeye with red onion marmalade
And for dessert, homemade chocolate covered strawberries!
