Update on the week!
Monday: We watched the final episode of season 1 of Sherlock starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. We highly recommend the series, and season 2 will be premiering on May 6 on PBS! Here's a trailer for the first season:
Tuesday: Chili for dinner!
Wednesday: We went for a lovely walk around downtown and then into Old Salem. Fitz wanted to show Katherine a particular tree he runs by because it smells like laundry detergent. Katherine concurs; it does smell like fresh linens! Here's a picture of it:
Thursday: Something rather frightening happened early that morning. Katherine was awoken by a roll of thunder and a flash of lightning, only to discover that she had apparently slept-walked sometime in the night and curled up back asleep on the couch. Every once in a while, we both sleep-talk, but this is the first instance of sleep-walking, and it quite frankly freaked us both out a little bit. Hopefully that was a one time occurrence.
Friday: Fitz had a rather long day at work, but we've had a lovely evening of pasta and baseball. We're cheering on the Braves, and it looks like Chipper Jones is having a great night!
All in all, a good week and a good weekend ahead of us!
